What deep plane face lift involves
A deep plane rhytidectomy releases the retaining ligaments of the face and lifts the skin and SMAS layer as a single composite unit, rather than separating them. Because the dissection sits deeper and closer to branches of the facial nerve, it is a technically demanding operation reserved for patients whose anatomy genuinely calls for it — typically mid-face descent and deep nasolabial folds that a standard SMAS lift would not address. Dr Mariam Manukyan confirms whether this technique is appropriate only after reviewing your photographs and medical history, and will recommend a conventional approach where it suits you better.

Days 4–10

After discharge: recovery accommodation is included for the nights shown for your procedure. Meals after discharge are not included — you choose where and what you eat.
Not included: flights, specialist medical travel insurance, additional nights beyond your planned stay (£41 per night), and personal or leisure services.
