Departure is not guaranteed by the typical-stay figure. Your surgeon confirms fit-to-fly timing. If general anaesthesia is used, UK FCDO Travel Aware guidance advises planning to remain in-country for at least 10 days after surgery.

Dr Mariam determines the suitable procedure scope. You receive the full price in writing before the 10% deposit; the agreed price stays fixed unless you request a change of scope.
How your price works
- Written, itemised quote after Dr Manukyan has reviewed your case.
- Fixed for 30 days. A currency buffer is already built in, so exchange-rate changes do not move your quote.
- A 10% booking deposit secures your surgical date and is part of the total. The balance is paid to the clinic in Armenia.
- The price you accept is the price you pay, unless you ask us to change something.
- Cancellation and refund conditions are given to you in writing before you pay a deposit.
Your price covers treatment at MEDinES Medical Center and UK coordination. Written quotes include a currency buffer, remain fixed despite exchange-rate changes and are valid for 30 days.

Lower headline prices for surgery abroad are easy to find. These three questions show what a price really includes.
Who will operate on me, and can I speak with them before I pay anything?
Our answer: Dr Mariam V. Manukyan. She reviews your case before any deposit, and you have a consultation with her before you travel.
What happens if there is a problem after I return home?
Our answer: Your pathway includes an in-person wound review with a UK-registered private GP, booked before you fly home, and a structured aftercare plan with named contacts. For anything urgent, NHS 111 or 999 remain your first call.
What is the total price, and what is not included?
Our answer: You receive a written, itemised quote before any payment. It lists what is included and what is not — flights and specialist medical travel insurance are not included.
What the price covers
A coordinated medical pathway
Included: surgeon review, the procedure, anaesthesia, pre-operative investigations in Armenia, your inpatient nights with nursing care, dressings and dressing changes, medicines during your stay, meals during your inpatient stay, airport and clinic transfers, and UK coordination throughout.
After discharge: recovery accommodation is included for the nights shown for your procedure. Meals after discharge are not included — you choose where and what you eat.
Not included: flights, specialist medical travel insurance, additional nights beyond your planned stay (£41 per night), and personal or leisure services.
Patients must be 18 or over. Surgical suitability and treatment decisions remain with Dr Mariam V. Manukyan and MEDinES Medical Center. No surgical outcome can be guaranteed.

Combined procedures are considered only after surgeon assessment. The decision is based on clinical suitability, the overall operative plan and recovery requirements — not price.
